God has you in mind before any forefather exists to think about your birth. Knowing all about you, even knowing the worst about you, the heavenly Father loves you. He longs for you.1 He plans ahead for you. He “predestines,” which means He “decides in advance,” the way to make you His child. And what a plan it is!
In love he predestined us for adoption as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will (Ephesians 1:4-5). M
