As you are blessed with understanding, pass on what you learn. Become a Philip to others who may be seeking. Come alongside those who have questions.
Walk in wisdom toward outsiders, making the best use of the time. Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person. (Colossians 4:5-6)
In your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect. (1 Peter 3:15)
Join them on their journey. Begin with a point of interest, then share “the Good News about Jesus” (Acts 8:35). Assist them in obeying the Gospel. Celebrate with their joy. Wherever God takes you, work with fellow-disciples to obey all that Christ commanded through His apostles (Matthew 28:20; 2 Peter 3:2). Together, you are His body, modeled after Him, following His will as Head, and bringing Him eternal glory.
There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call—one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all…. Speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into Him who is the head, into Christ. (Ephesians 4:4-6, 15)
Now may the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, equip you with everything good that you may do His will, working in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen! (Hebrews 13:20-21)
